Belarus win 24 medals at European U23 Canoe Sprint Championships in Hungary

The European Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint Championships in Hungary proved a triumphant success for Belarusian athletes.

In Hungary’s Szeged Team Belarus won 24 medals: 13 gold, 7 silver, and 4 bronze.

Inna Nedelkina and Palina Sobal (canoe) and Dzianis Yarmolenka (kayak) were multiple gold medal winners.

The next major event will be Belarus’ Canoe Sprint Championships which will be held at the Zaslavl rowing canal from 29 July to 2 August 2026.
