Curling Day has started

For the first time in the Belarusian sports history, Curling Day is celebrated in the Speed Skating Arena on September 17. The event was dedicated to the opening of the fisrt specialised school in Belarus.

Curling Day has been arranged and introduced by the NOC Belarus and Belarusian Curling Association. The festivity was remarkable by the presentation of the Olympic national women's sports uniform for the team, who will try their best at the Championship in Scotland in November, and solemn giving of the sports uniform and ice sweeper Ice Master.

Today, everyone could have a try in curling.

Curling Day is meant for the sport and healty lifestyle promotion. All newcomers can take an opportunity to discover this sport for himself. From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. the team holds workshops for the visitors, explicate the details of curling sport, deliver information concerning forthcoming tournaments and sign up novices for curling courses.
