Belarusian athlete Irina Kurochkina won bronze medal at the World Cup in wrestling in Nur-Sultan

One of the leaders of the national team has confirmed its class and good athletic form.

Irina Kurochkina will perform at the 2020 Summer Olympics. The Belarusian athlete is the bronze medalist of the 2017 world forum in the 55 kg category in Paris, as well as the champion of the II European Games.

The winner in the world forum in the category 57 kg was the eminent Japanese, champion of the Olympic Games in Rio, Risako Kawai.

Earlier, Greco-Roman wrestler Nikolai Stadub (weight category 87 kg) will also perform at the 2020 Olympics.

The World Wrestling Championship in Nur Sultan finished on 22 September.
