From May to August 2021, a large-scale festival Vytoki will be held in all regions of Belarus. The festival will be a mix of sporting, cultural, educational and family events.
The main objectives of the project are to create a common social and educational space, bring together people of different interests and ages, promote regional and national brands, and celebrate achievements in sports, science and art.
The organizers of the festival offer a number of themed platforms. The central one will be the sports platform Vytoki. A Step Towards Olympus. Everyone will be able to take part in competitions and contests of the Olympic quest, test their strength in various sports, perform tasks and get valuable prizes. There will be a food court, a family recreation zone and the Belarusian Brands trade show.
The festival will boast a large-scale cultural and educational program. The Wheel of Time exhibition will tell the story of the unique works of Belarusian artists. The exhibition will kick off several days before the festival. A lecture-presentation on modern Belarusian visual arts will be held as part of the exhibition.
The youth program Vytoki and the seminar The Capital of the Place will make part of the educational platform. The focus will be on the potential of the historical and cultural heritage to promote creative and innovative projects, to develop and popularize regional and national brands.
The competition program will be one of the draws of the festival. The organizers plan a number of competitions, including a singing competition and a contest of children's drawings. A professional jury consisting of the country’s leading experts will name the best competitors who will receive prizes and get the opportunity for further artistic growth.
The festival will also feature a unique organ recital, master classes and meet-the-artist events. Professional dancers will offer a master class in old Belarusian dances and modern choreography.
The festival will wrap up with a night gala featuring popular artists, flashmob dancing, and a disco from the best DJs of Belarus.
