According to the press service of the NOC, the tenth day of competition at the Winter Youth Olympic Games takes place today, February 21. Belarusian athletes compete in one event, the mixed relay.

Biathlon: Mixed Relay

18 teams, consisting of 2 men and 2 women, competed in the mixed relay. The women skied a distance of 6 km and the men skied a distance of 7.5 km.
Natallia Karnitskaya, Darya Iyeropes, Aliaksandr Matskevich and Kiryl Tsiuryn came in 12th in 1:27:08.3 (+8:32.7).














Unfortunately, after 10 days of competition Belarusian athletes were not able to get any medals at the Youth Olympic Games.
The speed skaters Yauheniya Varabyova (4th and 6th place) and Yevgeny Bolgov (4th and 9th place), skaters Emilia Kalehanava and Uladzislau Palkhouski (6th and 7th place), biathlete Aliaksandr Matskevich (8th place) have shown the best results in our team.
