 The line-up of the Belarusian team for the III Youth Olympic Games Lausanne 2020 was approved

Belarus sport delegation in Lausanne will be represented in 5 sports: biathlon (3 boys and 3 girls), alpine skiing (1 boy), speed skating (2 boys and 2 girls), cross-country skiing (2 boys and 2 girls), ice hockey - 3-on-3 tournament (4 boys).

Vasily Yurchik, the head of the international relations of the NOC was appointed to be the Chief delegate of Belarusian team. The decision was made upon the results of the Executive Committee of the NOC of Belarus, which was held on December 16.

The III Youth Winter Olympic Games will be held in January 9-22, 2020 in Lausanne (Switzerland).

The Games will be attended by 1880 athletes from more than 70 countries with an equal number of boys and girls competing in 16 disciplines of 8 sports: biathlon, bobsleigh, curling, ice hockey, sledding, figure skating, speed skating, short track, skeleton, freestyle, alpine skiing, ski jumping, cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, Nordic combined and snowboarding.
