Shymanovich won second gold at the 2021 Eurochamp Short Course Swimming in Kazan

Ilya Shymanovich of Belarus won second gold at the 2021 European Short Course Swimming Championships in Kazan, Russia.

The Belarusian clocked 25.25 seconds to win the Men's 50m Breaststroke. Ilya Shymanovich repeated the world record set by Cameron van der Burgh of the South Africa in November 2009.

Silver went to Turkey's Emre Sakci (25.39). Nicolo Martinenghi of Italy (25.54).

Earlier, Ilya Shymanovich also won gold in the Men's 200m breaststroke and silver in the Men's 100m Breaststroke.

Belarus' Anastasia Shkurdai won silver in the Women's 100m Butterfly.
