In the fourth day of the competition at the second Summer Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing (China), August 20, the Belarusian Krystsina Staroselets won a gold medal in rowing at a distance of 1000 meters, - the NOC Belarus.
In a strong final A Krystsina won gold medal.
- Thanks to everyone who is supporting me. I will do everything that I can, - promised before the heat Kryststina and kept her word.
The Belarusian overcame the distance in 3: 51.33, the second at the finish was a Greek ANGELOPOULOU Athina Maria - 3: 51.59, the third – the French JUILLET Camille -- 3: 53.80.
