Introducing the hockey team at EYOF 2019

We introduce the hockey team at EYOF 2019 in Sarajevo.

The 2019 European Youth Olympic Winter Festival will be held in Sarajevo and East Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) from 10 to 16 February. Belarus will be represented by 46 athletes in 6 sports. Today we introduce the hockey team (U-17).

20 players are in the application of hockey team: Vitaly Antonovich, Kyril Buinich (captain), Daniil Veremeichik, Vladislav Zalesinskiy, Egor Klavdiev, Dmitriy Kuzmin, Miroslav Mikhalev, Nikita Parfenyuk, Vitaly Pinchuk, Herman Pirogovskiy, Oleg Pozhigan, Egor Uzlenko, Kyril Yuryta, Mark Yuryta, Maxim Voitovich, Valery Zhigalov, Maxim Lemeshevsky, Nikita Mytnik, Ilya Spat, Alexander Suvorov.

Coaching staff: Pavel Perepekhin, Evgeny Letov, Dmitry Filippovich. The head of the team is Alexey Vinokurov.

The national team of Belarus will perform in group "A" together with the teams of Finland and Slovakia.

In group "B": Czech Republic, Russia, Switzerland.

After the group round, the third-place teams will play for the 5^th and 6^th places. The teams that took second place in the group will play for the bronze, the winners of the groups- for the gold.
