EYOF 2015. The results of the second day

During the second day of EYOF-2015 Belarusian athletes competed in two disciplines: biathlon and alpine skiing.

Alpine skiing

On the 27 of January girls participated in slalom. The representative of Belarusian team Milasheuskaya Kseniya didn’t manage to finish.
«Kseniya passed the whole distance successfully, but in the end she made the most common mistake in the alpine skiing. She was going to pass the finish line but didn’t notice the last flag and as a result didn’t score. But coaches of other national teams marked that she had progressed as an athlete comparing with the previous season. Kseniya will also compete in the giant slalom on the 28 of January» - said coach Igor Zvernik.

Biathlon

On the 27 of January a medal event was held in the following disciplines: boys participated in 7.5 km sprint and girls competed in 6 km sprint.
Pasashnichenka Mikalai finished 10th (12/26/14) and that is the best result in the Belarusian team. Belarusian made one mistake during the shooting in the prone position and two mistakes in the standing position. Matsiuk Stanislau finished 31st (27:34.6/ 2-0-2), Auseyenka Ilya finished 36th (27:41.6/ 0-2-2), Hrabennikau Aliaksei finished 59th (29:43.8 / 2-4-6).

Tsesarava Dziana finished 47th (25: 24.2/ 0-2-2), she missed two times during the shooting in the standing position. Strelnikava Hanna finished 66th (26: 51.2/ 3-2-5), Talochka Katsaryna finished - 71st (27: 15.0/ 1-4-5), Ibel Natallia finished 76th (28: 24.1/ 4-3-7).
