Belarus NOC’ president extends birthday greetings to Natallia Tsylinskaya

President of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus Viktor Lukashenko has extended birthday greetings to Natallia Tsylinskaya, the bronze medalist in cycling at the Games of the XXVIII Olympiad and a member of the Executive Committee of the NOC of Belarus.

The NOC head noted that over many years in her sports career, Natallia has proven herself to be a person of high responsibility, talent, and professionalism.
