Wrestlers from Belarus announced their roster for the Olympic qualifications in Istanbul

From May 9 to 12, a world Olympic Qualifying tournament will take place in Istanbul, where our wrestlers will try to obtain more licenses in Paris.

In total, the team already has 7 licenses - Abubakar Khaslakhanov (97 kg, Greco-Roman wrestling) and Vanessa Kaladzinskaya (53 kg) won the right to participate in the Games at the World Championships in Belgrade in September 2023. Let us recall that at the European qualification in Baku, the athletes won five more tickets to Paris-2024, four of which were won by freestyle wrestlers Aryyan Tyutrin (57 kg), Magomedkhabib Kadimagomedov (74 kg), Alexander Gushtyn (97 kg), Denis Khromenkov ( 125 kg), and Tokyo silver medalist Irina Kurochkina (57 kg) also received the right to compete in Paris.
