The event was arranged for the purposes of fundraising to help Tatiana Ogryzko, the world champion in rhythmic gymnastics and mother of two children. She’s been combating cancer for 6 years, and now her close people are seeking for money on the Internet to deliver her to a foreign special clinic. Apart from Boitsik, two more fashion designers Max Mironov and Mila Ignatik placed their lots on auction on www.kufar.by to raise money for Tatiana’s treatment abroad.

The evening got remarkable due to warmest words of admiration and gratitude, which were addressed to women, who contributed to sports development in Belarus and outside. In the past, Marina Lobatch (rhythmic gymnastics) and Ellina Zvereva (athletics) ran the Women and Sport Commission. First Vice President of the NOC Belarus Maxim Ryzhenkov bestowed special prizes upon the honorary guests.
