The Commonwealth Cup in Raubichi: gold medals and teamwork

The Belarusian biathletes Dzinara Smolskaya, Hanna Sola, Stsiapan Danilau, and Anton Smolski won a mixed relay race during the fourth stage of the Commonwealth Cup in Raubichi.

The girls started racing first. Dzinara Smolskaya and Hanna Sola completed their stages well. Hanna Sola was the first one to pass on the baton. Stsiapan Danilau demonstrated excellent performance in his section of the race. Anton Smolski maintained leadership and finished first.

The Russia 1 team consisting of Anastasia Khalili, Natalia Shevchenko, Savely Konovalov, and Kirill Bazhin finished second. Belarusian biathletes have won a total of two gold medals, one silver medal, and one bronze medal during home races in Raubichi. Anton Smolski has won three awards: two gold medals and a bronze one.

The fifth stage of the Commonwealth Cup will take place in Sochi, Russia on 11-15 February.
