Judokas Nikita Svirid and Daniel Mukete became bronze winners of the Grand Prix in Tashkent

Belarusian athletes in the weight category up to 100 kg were able to confidently reach the semifinals, where Nikita Svirid lost to Kazbek Zankishiyev from Russia, and Daniel Muket lost to Zelim Kotsoev from Azerbaijan. In fights for bronze medals, Mukete was stronger than Boyan Dosen from Serbia, and Nikita Svirid confidently defeated (ippon) Victor Demyanenko from Kazakhastan.

The leader of the national team of Belarus Marina Slutskaya (over 78 kg) was not able to get into the top eight, losing to Kim Ha Young from the Republic of Korea.

In total, 13 Belarusian judokas took part in the Grand Prix in Tashkent.
