Stanislau Hladchanka failed to win men's aerials medal

Belarusian freestyle skier Stanislau Hladchanka fell down when performing the jump with the highest coefficient of complexity 4.900 to take just the 6th place with 92,61 points.

Oleksandr Abramenka, a Ukrainian skier, won the gold medal as he scored 128.51 points. Jia Zongyang from China became second (128.05), and the bronze medal went to Olympic athlete from Russia Ilia Burov (122.17)

Earlier in Final 1 Stanislau Hladchanka gained as many as 123.01 points and advanced to Final 2. The Belarusian accomplished his second attempt with a result of 126.70 points and passed to unfortunate Final 3.

Belarus set 3 athletes to compete in men’s aerials, including Sochi 2014 champon Anton Kushnir and Maksim Gustik. They both did not managed to qualify to finals. Anton Kushnir was a footstep away from the finals and took 13th place with 121,27 points. Maksim Gustik scored his best 92,92 points in qualification 1.
