The XV summer European Youth Olympic Festival was held in Baku (Azerbaijan Republic) from July 21 to July 27, 2019. Athletes from 48 countries of Europe took part in it. Medals were played in ten sports: track and field, swimming, tennis, judo, wrestling (freestyle, women's, Greco-Roman), volleyball, basketball, handball, cycling, gymnastics.

The Belarusian delegation was represented by 102 athletes who performed in eight sports: track and field, swimming, judo, wrestling, volleyball, tennis, cycling, and gymnastics.

The Belarusian team has 14 festival awards: 6 gold, 2 silver, 6 bronze. Eight awards were won by wrestlers, five by track athletes, another medal in the box of tennis players.

Gold: Hleb Makaranka (Greco-Roman wrestling), Krystina Zdunkevich (women's wrestling), Yana Tretsiak (women's wrestling), Evelina Laskevich / Maria Stsecevich (tennis, doubles), Yahor Huptor (track and field, high jump), Roman Khartanovich (track and field, discus throw);

Silver: Lizaveta Hryshkevich (track and field, walking ), Dmitry Savin (track and field);

Bronze: Alexandra Kislyakova (women's wrestling), Yahor Rudauski (freestyle wrestling), Maksim Stupakevich (Greco-Roman wrestling), Anatoli Hramyka (Greco-Roman wrestling), Mikita Murashka (Greco-Roman wrestling), Dzmitry Marfushkin (track and field, pole vault).

In the unofficial medal standings, the Belarusian team took 10th place. In total, representatives from 36 countries won medals at the summer EYOF-2019.
