The results of the Belarusian athletes performance at the XXIII Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018.

Cross-Country Skiing

Today the Belarusian Olympians participated solely in cross-country team sprint semifinal 1.

The women’s duet of Yulia Tikhanova and Polina Seronosova clocked by 17:33.63 (+1:00.35). They did not qualify for the next run and placed 16th in the overall ranking.

The gold award was conquered by the USA team (15:56.47), the Swedes won the silver (+0.19) and the Norwegians took the bronze (+2.97).

The male team of Yury Astapenko and Michail Semenov performed with overall 14th result (16:32.31; +33.47) as they dropped out of the next semifinal round 2.

Norway’s team claimed the champion’s title with 15:56.26 minutes time, while the OAR duet clinched silver (+1.71) and French were awarded the bronze (+2.02).
