Belarus’ NOC president pays respects to Moscow concert hall attack victims

President of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus Viktor Lukashenko and NOC employees laid flowers near the Russian Embassy in Minsk to pay respects to the victims of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall.
Viktor Lukashenko also signed the book of condolences at the Russian embassy.
“This is a terrible tragedy, a monstrous act of violence, which echoed in the heart of every Belarusian with pain, fear and anger. I hope that all those responsible for this inhuman crime - the murder of civilians - will receive tough and just punishment in the near future. Once again, on behalf of the sports community and personally, I extend my sincerest condolences to families and friends of the victims,” Viktor Lukashenko said.
