1998-1999 - head of the Physical Culture and Sports Department, Belarusian Patriotic Youth Union, Mogilev.
2004-2013 - state coach at the Sports and Tourism Ministry of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk.
2013-2015 - head of the Winter Sports Department at the National Teams Directorate, Deputy Head of the National Teams Directorate at the Sports and Tourism Ministry, Minsk.
2015-present - Director of the National Anti-Doping Agency, Minsk.
