
Maryna Zuyeva, a Belarusian speed skater, finished in the 6th position among 16 competitiors in women’s mass start final with 3 points.
Maryna Zuyeva underscored after the race she considered successful her performance in the concluding Olympic discipline. Maryna also said that she could have possibly won a medal if she had resorted to different tactics.
The gold medal was secured by Japan’s Nana Takagi who gained 60 points. South Korean Kim Bo-reum won the silver medal (40 points), and Irene Schouten from the Netherlands placed third with bronze (20 points).
