The 45th European Olympic Committees (EOC) Seminar and Olympic Solidarity Forum were held in Malta this year.
Belarus was represented at the forum by Secretary General of the NOC of Belarus Ksenia Sankovich and Head of the International Relations Department Vasily Yurchik.

“The EOC Seminar has always been a special moment for our Family: a chance to step away from the formalities of the General Assembly and engage in constructive dialogue,” said EOC President Spyros Capralos at the opening ceremony. “This year, in conjunction with our partners at the IOC, we have gone one step further by introducing a new format, designed to be more interactive and engaging for all participants. The aim is simple: to create the right environment for NOCs to interact openly, exchange experiences, and take home practical knowledge that will benefit their daily work.”
Following the opening, a panel discussion was held with representatives of the National Olympic Committees. Participants also took part in thematic workshops on the development of artificial intelligence in sport, digital marketing and communications. The protection and support of athletes after their competitive careers remain relevant topics.

The winners of the 10th Piotr Nurowski Winter Prize for young athletes were announced during the seminar. This year's winner was Bulgarian snowboarder Malena Zamfirova.
