Belarusian biathlete Darya Domracheva won the women’s 7.5km sprint at the final E.ON IBU World Cup of the season in Norway’s Holmenkollen on 20 March, BelTA has learnt.

Darya Domracheva covered the course in 22:18.8 with one penalty. She cleaned the prone but missed one target in the standing. Silver went to Tora Berger of Norway, 10.7 second back with clean shooting. Third finished Susan Dunklee of the United States, 33 seconds back (no penalties).

The sprint success in Holmenkollen became the second for Darya Domracheva this season. She also claimed the victory at the E.ON IBU World Cup 4 sprint in Germany’s Oberhof. The Belarusian was third in the E.ON IBU World Cup 5 sprint in Antholz, Italy.
