Best European Games 2019 mascot concepts revealed

Today on 14 November the best artworks of the II European Games Minsk 2019 mascot have been presented on the initiative of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union (BRYU) at the Republican Youth Hall.

The exhibition has been arranged by joint efforts of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Ministry of Information, foundation “Directorate of the II European Games Minsk 2019”, and National State Teleradiocompany.

On behalf of the NOC Belarus and Minsk 2019 Directorate George Katulin greeted and addressed the organizers of the presentation. Head of the foundation dwelled on significance of the Eurogames for Belarus and a number of NOCs and athletes to take part in that home multisport event.

In conclusion, George Katulin called on the youth to take advantage of the Minsk 2019 volunteer programme and wished they would have fruitful work and achieve new victories.

More than 300 BRYU members took part in the symbolic vote for the best artwork of the exposition. According to the organizers, the vote won’t make difference in the official European Games 2019 mascot contest outcomes, it has been arranged solely to give impetus to those who still plans to enter the contest.
