Belarus secure gold medals at 2025 European Rowing U23 Championships

In Račice, the Czech Republic, the Belarusian U23 Men's Quadruple Sculls crew of Ivan Makarevich, Fiodar Shorakh, Raman Shabatsko, and Pavel Sinenka claimed a decisive victory with a time of 5:54.23. The silver medal went to the team from Portugal, while the quartet from Poland took bronze.

In the U23 Women's Quadruple Sculls final, the Belarusian crew of Valeryia Shendzel, Veranika Anatska, Tatsiana Pratasevich, and Viyaleta Karatysh delivered a powerful performance, accelerating in the final 500m to finish ahead of rivals from Italy and Romania.
