Belarus’ NOC president congratulates Aryna Sabalenka on Madrid Open title

President of the NOC Belarus Viktor Lukashenko congratulated Aryna Sabalenka on her victory at the 2023 Mutua Madrid Open.

Viktor Lukashenko hailed the determination, perseverance and prowess of the Belarusian tennis player.

"Dear Aryna, this year’s another victory is the result of your painstaking work throughout the season. You are an example for many athletes not only in our country, but also abroad," the message reads.

Viktor Lukashenko wished Aryna good luck, new victories and more trophies! By winning the final Aryna gave herself a great gift for the birthday which the athlete celebrated on 5 May.
