Alina Harnasko, the bronze medalist in rhythmic gymnastics at the 32nd Olympic Games in Tokyo, has donated her medal to the NOC of Belarus for temporary display. The ceremony took place in the presence of numerous prize winners of the Razam z Kamandai! [Together with the Team] campaign who came to Minsk on 6 April to receive their awards and mark the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace.
“It is a very touching moment. I am donating my medal for temporary exhibition at the NOC. Everyone who comes to the museum will be able to see this award. I hope that my medal will be an example for many boys and girls and will prove to them that there are no unattainable heights, one should strive for and conquer them,” Alina Harnasko said.
Alina Harnasko's bronze medal of the Tokyo Olympics will take its rightful place in the exposition of the NOC of Belarus.
