Aleksandr Penigin reelected as Chairman of Belarusian Freestyle Skiing Federation

Aleksandr Penigin has been reelected as Chairman of the Belarusian Freestyle Skiing Federation.

The reporting and election conference took place in Minsk on 9 September. By a unanimous decision, Aleksandr Penigin, who has headed the organization since 2017, was reelected Chairman for a new four-year cycle. Kirill Kruchok was appointed Secretary General of the Belarusian Freestyle Skiing Federation.

The composition of the presidium, which includes seven people, was elected as well.

The conference took stock of the federation's performance from 2021 to 2025. Aleksandr Penigin stressed that the most important event during this period was Hanna Huskova's silver medal at the 2022 Beijing Games, which became Belarus' eighth Olympic medal in Aerials. Since its debut at the Olympic Games in 1994, Belarus ranks first in the medal count for this sport.
